#### 13 Application for restricted gaming licence 13 Application for restricted gaming licence > > (1) A person who is approved by the Minister in writing (the approved applicant) may apply to the NICC for a restricted gaming licence to operate the Barangaroo restricted gaming facility. > > > (2) An application for a restricted gaming licence must comply with the following requirements (except to the extent that the Minister otherwise determines)— > > > > > (a) it must be made in a form approved by the NICC, > > > > > (b) it must contain or be accompanied by such information as the application form requires and such additional information as the NICC may request, > > > > > (c) it must be verified by statutory declaration. > > **s 13:** Rep 2007 No 92, Sch 1 \[6\].
