#### 129 Books etc to be kept on casino premises 129 Books etc to be kept on casino premises > > (1) It is a condition of a casino licence that the casino operator must ensure that all books, records and documents relating to the operations of the casino are— > > > > > (a) kept at the casino, and > > > > > (b) retained for not less than 7 years after the completion of the transactions to which they relate. > > > (2) The NICC may by instrument in writing grant an exemption to a casino operator from all or specified requirements of this section in respect of all or specified, or specified classes of, books, records or documents and may grant such an exemption subject to conditions.
