76B Excluded person not to enter casino or casino complex—operator offence (1) If a person the subject of an exclusion order under section 72 or a temporary exclusion order relating to a casino, or a person the subject of an interstate exclusion order, enters or remains in the casino, the casino operator or the person for the time being in charge of the casino is guilty of an offence and liable to a penalty not exceeding 120 penalty units. (2) If a person the subject of an exclusion order under section 74 relating to a casino or the casino complex enters or remains in the casino or the casino complex, the casino operator or the person for the time being in charge of the casino or the casino complex is guilty of an offence and liable to a penalty not exceeding 120 penalty units. (3) Subsection (1) or (2) does not apply if the casino operator or the person for the time being in charge of a casino or the casino complex has taken all reasonable steps to prevent persons the subject of an exclusion order under section 72 or 74, a temporary exclusion order or an interstate exclusion order, as the case requires, from entering or remaining in the casino or the casino complex.
