31 Notice to be given of certain contracts If— S. 31(a) amended by Nos 93/1993 s. 8(3)(a)(b), 114/2003 s. 12.1.2 (Sch. 5 item 25). (a) a casino operator enters into a contract relating solely to a class of matter or class of contract specified by the Commission under section 29 as not being controlled matter or a controlled contract; or (b) any such contract is varied— the casino operator must, within 14 days of entering into the contract or the variation is made, as the case may be, give notice in writing to the Commission of that fact and brief particulars of the contract or variation.
