22JIndemnity for manager

22J Indemnity for manager (1) A manager is entitled to be indemnified by the State in respect of any liabilities incurred in good faith by the manager in the performance of functions or exercise of powers as manager. (2) The terms and conditions of the indemnity under subsection (1) must be determined by the Commission at the time of the manager's appointment and approved by the Treasurer.
