173 Transitional provisions—Gambling Legislation Amendment Act 2015
An approval that is in force immediately before the commencement of section 5 of the Gambling Legislation Amendment Act 2015 under section 9A.1.18(3) of the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 as in force immediately before that commencement is taken, on and after that day, to be an approval under section 58B(1).
