169 Transitional provisions—Racing and Gaming Acts (Police Powers) Act 2005 ***commencement day*** means the day on which the **Racing and Gaming Acts (Police Powers) Act 2005** comes into operation. (2) An exclusion order made under section 74 and in force immediately before the commencement day continues, until it is revoked, to have the same application in respect of a person on and after that day as it had before that day.
