### sec.59 Casino layout
A casino operator for a casino must ensure each gaming area in the casino can be observed clearly and without obstruction.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
The casino operator must, before commencing casino operations, give the chief executive—
a floor plan showing—
the placement of gaming tables and gaming machines in areas to be used for gaming; and
other areas to be used for casino operations; and
a diagram of the closed-circuit television system for the areas, indicating the following in relation to the floor plan—
the camera positions;
the heights of the cameras from gaming tables;
the scope of coverage of the cameras.
