### sec.58 Maintenance of facilities etc. A casino operator must— maintain all facilities and amenities of a casino in such a condition as will ensure at all times the maximum comfort for patrons; and ensure that the operation of the casino is conducted at all times in a proper and competent manner; and ensure that all casino installations, equipment and procedures for security and safety purposes are used, operated and applied at all relevant times for the preservation and maintenance of those purposes.
