### sec.60 Changes to casino layout This section applies if— a casino operator proposes to make a change, other than a temporary change, to— a gaming area or other area used for casino operations; or the closed-circuit television system for either area; and the proposed change affects the accuracy of a floor plan or diagram given to the chief executive under section 59 (2) . At least 3 days before making the proposed change, the casino operator must give the chief executive an amended floor plan or diagram showing the change. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
