Division 4—Conditions of licence 10—Conditions of licence (1) The conditions of the licence consist of— (a) subject to section 16(1a)—the conditions fixed by this Act; and (b) the conditions (supplementary licence conditions) fixed by or in accordance with the approved licensing agreement. (2) Subject to the approved licensing agreement, the Governor may, on the recommendation of the Commissioner, vary supplementary licence conditions.
