4 Determination that airspace of a class becomes airspace of another class

(1)I determine that the volumes of airspace described in Schedules 3, 4, 6, 8 and 9 as being of the class mentioned in the Table for the Schedule, cease to be airspace of that class and become airspace of another specified class in accordance with the conditions, including as to time, set out in an AIP or NOTAM authorised in writing by me.

(2)The determination in subsection (1) ceases to have effect only if this instrument is:

(a) revoked; or

(b) amended, and then only in accordance with the amendment.

Note A temporary change of airspace classification ceases in accordance with the terms of the relevant AIP or NOTAM authorised by the delegate.
