Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This exemption lets Australian Warbirds Association (AWAL) members obtain permission for air displays through their association rather than seeking CASA’s direct approval, provided they first get AWAL’s internal sign‑off. Members must still notify CASA in writing at least 10 working days beforehand with event details. It streamlines approvals for AWAL participants while preserving CASA’s oversight of upcoming displays.
