Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

Airservices Australia is temporarily exempted from certain aerodrome rescue and firefighting paperwork requirements at Broome International Airport, letting them delay parts of the usual documented safety-management regime for about six months.

In exchange they must promptly give CASA a written "safety case" explaining how safety will be managed despite the paperwork relief; the instrument applies only to Airservices at Broome.
