Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This gives a temporary, one-off approval for Learjet 35A VH‑LRX (s/n 192) to operate without a digital flight data recorder. It affects only that aircraft’s owner/operator and was valid Nov–mid‑Dec 2009.

Conditions: private use only, no flight training, a working cockpit voice recorder must be fitted, and all other Civil Aviation Order 20.18 safety requirements continue to apply. The short exemption likely enabled ferry or maintenance relocation.
