Approval and directions — operations without an approved digital flight data recorder

1 Duration

This instrument:

(a) commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments; and

(b) stops having effect at the end of 28 February 2006.

2 Application

This instrument applies to the Cessna Aircraft Company C550 aeroplane, serial number 550-0882, with the nationality and registration marks VH-VFP (the aeroplane).

3 Approval

A person may operate the aeroplane without an approved digital flight data recorder.

4 Directions

The aeroplane:

(a) may only be operated in private operations; and

(b) must not be operated in flying training operations; and

Note The aircraft must comply with all other requirements of section 20.18 of the Civil Aviation Orders.
