Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

A temporary 2011 exemption let Capiteq (Airnorth) operate its Embraer 170-100 series with one cabin attendant per up to 50 passengers instead of the usual one per 36. It applied only to Airnorth’s E170‑100 aircraft and was time‑limited; continued use required specified safety measures (attendant positioning during critical phases, a 90‑second evacuation capability, and approved seating and briefing procedures).
