Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument authorises the specific aircraft VH‑FNK to operate with Oxymizer nasal‑cannula individual oxygen units, subject to specified altitude‑graded flow‑rate performance and conformity with referenced Civil Aviation Orders for alternative nose‑and‑mouth units.

It affects the aircraft operator (and their agents), maintenance/airworthiness staff, and flight crew/passengers by creating a lawful, case‑specific approval (CASA delegate) that requires testing, documentation and compliance costs to verify the units meet the stated flow profile and CAO requirements.
