Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument grants Alliance Airlines Pty Ltd an exemption allowing specified Fokker F28 aircraft (MK 0100 and MK 0070 carrying fare‑paying passengers) to be crewed under a relaxed ratio of one cabin attendant per 50 passenger seats (rounding up), so both 80‑ and 100‑seat variants require two attendants.

It also freezes Alliance’s emergency procedures, exit arrangements and able‑bodied passenger policies for those aircraft unless CASA gives written approval—reducing crewing costs while keeping regulatory oversight.
