#### 20 Repeal of the Sea‑Carriage of Goods Act 1924 etc. (1) The Sea‑Carriage of Goods Act 1924 is repealed. (2) The Sea‑Carriage of Goods Act 1924, as in force immediately before the commencement of this section, continues to apply to a contract of carriage of goods by sea after that commencement if: (a) the contract was made before that commencement; and (b) that Act would have applied but for the operation of subsection (1).
