66 Other matters for individuals and bodies corporate
For individuals and bodies corporate, the following matters are specified: (a) the circumstances surrounding: (i) an event mentioned in Division 1 that has happened in relation to the individual, body corporate or an executive officer of the body corporate; or (ii) a series of such events; or (iii) a pattern of behaviour by the individual, body corporate or an executive officer of the body corporate; (b) any other matters that the Regulator considers relevant.
