#### 63 Events for bodies corporate For bodies corporate, the following events, if they occur overseas or under a law of a foreign country, are also specified: (a) the body corporate is, or is being, wound up; (b) a receiver, or a receiver and manager, has been appointed (whether or not by a court) and is acting in respect of any property of the body corporate; (c) the body corporate is under administration; (d) the body corporate has executed a deed of company arrangement that has not yet terminated; (e) the body corporate has entered into a compromise or arrangement with a person the administration of which has not yet concluded.
