#### 53 Adjusting crediting period—transferee offsets project The crediting period for a transferee offsets project ends at: (a) if the crediting period for the transferee offsets project ends later than the crediting period for the transferor offsets project—the end of the crediting period for the transferor offsets project; or (b) if the crediting period for the transferee offsets project ends earlier than the crediting period for the transferor offsets project—the end of the crediting period for the transferee offsets project.
