102 Identity cards
For paragraph 197(2)(a) of the Act, an identity card issued to an inspector by the Regulator must display the following: (a) a statement that the cardholder is an inspector for the purposes of the Act; (b) the date of expiry of the card; (c) a statement that the inspector is authorised to exercise powers under Part 18 of the Act.
Note: Paragraph 197(2)(b) of the Act requires the card to contain a recent photograph of the inspector.
