113 Calculating fuel emissions for a stratum
Emissions from fuel use for a stratum (Image unavailable in extracted text) for a reporting period (Image unavailable in extracted text) are to be calculated using the following formula:

Note: When calculating the emissions from fuel use within a stratum for the reporting period, the standard error is assumed to be zero.
