8 Operation of this Part
(1) For paragraph 106(1)(b) of the Act, sections 9 to 12 set out requirements that must be met for a landfill gas project to be an eligible offsets project. (2) For subparagraph 27(4A)(a)(ii) of the Act, subsections 13(1) and (1A) each set out a requirement in lieu of the newness requirement. (3) For subparagraph 27(4A)(b)(ii) of the Act, subsection 13(2) sets out a requirement in lieu of the regulatory additionality requirement.
