11 Project treatment facilities—emissions destruction
(1) A project treatment facility that treats eligible wastewater by emissions destruction must use:
(a) one or more anaerobic digesters installed as part of the project to generate and capture the biogas; and
(b) one or more combustion devices to destroy the proportion of the biogas that is methane.
(2) Each combustion device used to combust that biogas must be operated to result in the complete combustion of the proportion of the biogas that is methane.
