10 Project treatment facilities—biogas generation for biomethane
A project treatment facility that treats eligible wastewater by biogas generation for biomethane must:
(a) use one or more anaerobic digesters installed as part of the project to generate and capture the biogas; and
(b) send that biogas to a biogas upgrading system that is part of a project biomethane facility
