#### 39 Entries in title registers—general Scope (1) This section applies to an eligible offsets project. Entries (2) The relevant land registration official may make such entries or notations in or on registers or other documents kept by the official (in electronic form or otherwise) as the official thinks appropriate for the purposes of drawing the attention of persons to: (a) the existence of the eligible offsets project; and (b) the fact that requirements may arise under this Act in relation to the project; and (c) such other matters (if any) relating to this Act as the official considers appropriate.
