#### 289 Information previously given to the Regulator If: (a) on a particular occasion, a person gave information to the Regulator under this Act, the regulations or the legislative rules; and (b) the person is subsequently required or permitted, under this Act, the regulations or the legislative rules, to give the same information to the Regulator; the person is taken to have given the information to the Regulator on that later occasion.
