#### 28 Declaration may be subject to condition about obtaining regulatory approvals Scope (1) This section applies if: (a) an application under section 22 has been made for a declaration of an offsets project as an eligible offsets project; and (b) the Regulator makes a declaration under section 27 in relation to the project; and (c) the Regulator is not satisfied that all regulatory approvals have been obtained for the project. Condition (2) The Regulator must specify in the declaration that the declaration is subject to the condition that all regulatory approvals must be obtained for the project before the end of the first reporting period for the project.
