#### 166 Information about number of relinquished units Scope (1) This section applies if: (a) under this Act, a person is required to relinquish a particular number of Australian carbon credit units; and (b) during a financial year, the person relinquishes one or more Australian carbon credit units in order to comply with the requirement. Australian carbon credit units relinquished (2) As soon as practicable after receiving the relinquishment notice, the Regulator must publish on the Regulator’s website: (a) the name of the person; and (b) the total number of Australian carbon credit units relinquished.
