#### 148 How Australian carbon credit units are to be issued (1) The Regulator is to issue an Australian carbon credit unit to a person by making an entry for the unit in a Registry account kept by the person. (2) The Regulator must not issue an Australian carbon credit unit to a person unless the person has a Registry account.
