#### 129 Further information (1) The Regulator may, by written notice given to a person who made a request, require the person to give the Regulator, within the period specified in the notice, further information in connection with the request. (2) If the person breaches the requirement, the Regulator may, by written notice given to the person: (a) refuse to consider the request; or (b) refuse to take any action, or any further action, in relation to the request.
