#### 128 Request to approve application of methodology determination to a project with effect from the start of a reporting period (1) During a reporting period for an eligible offsets project, the project proponent for the project may request the Regulator to approve the application of a specified methodology determination to the project with effect from the start of the reporting period. (2) A request must: (a) be in writing; and (b) be in a form approved, in writing, by the Regulator; and (c) be accompanied by such information as is specified in the regulations or the legislative rules; and (d) be accompanied by such other documents (if any) as are specified in the regulations or the legislative rules; and (e) be accompanied by the fee (if any) specified in the regulations or the legislative rules. (3) It is immaterial whether the end of the reporting period is known when the request is made. (4) The approved form of request may provide for verification by statutory declaration of statements in requests. (5) A fee specified under paragraph (2)(e) must not be such as to amount to taxation.
