#### 124A Modified meaning of crediting period for an emissions avoidance offsets project that has an extended accounting period This Subdivision has effect, in relation to an emissions avoidance offsets project that has an extended accounting period that begins immediately after the end of a crediting period, as if a reference in this Subdivision (other than this section) to the crediting period were a reference to the period: (a) beginning at the start of the crediting period; and (b) ending at the end of the extended accounting period.
