#### 123B Additional matters for the Emissions Reduction Assurance Committee to take into account The Minister may, by legislative instrument, direct the Emissions Reduction Assurance Committee to do any or all of the following: (a) have regard to one or more specified matters in giving advice about the making of a methodology determination; (b) have regard to one or more specified matters in giving advice about the variation of a methodology determination; (c) have regard to one or more specified matters in giving advice about the revocation of a methodology determination. > Note: Section 42 (disallowance) and Part 4 of Chapter 3 (sunsetting) of the Legislation Act 2003 do not apply to the direction (see regulations made for the purposes of paragraphs 44(2)(b) and 54(2)(b) of that Act).
