#### 105 Simplified outline The following is a simplified outline of this Part: • The Minister may make or vary a methodology determination that applies to a specified kind of offsets project. • Before making or varying a methodology determination, the Minister must request the Emissions Reduction Assurance Committee to advise on the proposed determination or variation. • In making or varying a methodology determination, the Minister must have regard to: (a) advice given by the Emissions Reduction Assurance Committee; and (b) the offsets integrity standards; and (c) certain other matters.
