94 Unreasonable charges for assignment or subletting (1) An operator must not require a resident to pay to the operator a charge for consenting or considering an application for consent to an assignment of the agreement or subletting of the agreement property that is more than the operator's reasonable expenses in relation to the assignment or subletting. Maximum penalty for subsection (2): 20 penalty units.
