84 Repairs and maintenance (1) An operator may enter the agreement property occupied under a caravan park agreement for either or both of the following reasons: (a) to carry out necessary repairs or maintenance, but only if: (i) the operator has been notified by the resident that the repairs or maintenance are necessary; or (ii) the need for the repairs or maintenance has been observed by the operator, including during an inspection under section 83; (b) to determine if necessary repairs and maintenance have been satisfactorily performed or completed. (2) Subsection (1) only applies if the entry is made:
