82 Collection of rent caravan park agreement to collect rent only if the entry is made: (a) between 7 am and 9 pm and at a time previously arranged with the resident not less than 7 days before the entry is made; and

Therefore, if the operator authorised a commercial agent (as defined in section 3(1) of the Commercial and Private Agents Licensing Act 1979) to collect rent, this section would apply to the commercial agent.
