8 Meaning of resident (1) A resident is a person (but not an operator) who has a right of occupancy under a caravan park agreement or otherwise because of the operation of this Act in relation to a caravan park agreement. (2) A resident includes each of the following: (a) a prospective resident; (b) a former resident; (c) a person acting on behalf of the resident, prospective resident or former resident (but not the operator or operator's agent).
