79 Operator not to interfere with resident's enjoyment of caravan An operator must not engage in conduct the result of which is to force a resident to vacate agreement property occupied under a caravan park agreement in circumstances that amount to harassment of the resident (a) engages in the conduct with the intention of forcing the resident to vacate the agreement property; and (b) is reckless as to whether the circumstances relating to the conduct amount to harassment of the resident.
