69 Resident to notify if agreement property to be unoccupied for more than 30 days It is a term of each caravan park agreement that the resident must notify the operator before the agreement property is to be left unoccupied for more than 30 days or, if the resident is not able to give notice before leaving the agreement property, as soon as is reasonably practicable after leaving it.
