63 If operator changes locks, key must be provided (1) An operator who has altered a lock on, or added a lock to, agreement property occupied under a caravan park agreement must not fail to give the resident, immediately after the alteration or addition, a key for the lock. subsection (1) if the defendant establishes a reasonable excuse.
