41 Increase in security deposit (1) If rent payable under a caravan park agreement has been increased under this Act, the operator may, by written notice, require the resident to pay a further amount by way of security

Caravan Parks Act 2012 27 deposit that will increase the total of all amounts paid by the resident as security deposit in relation to the occupancy to not more than the amount payable for a single week's rent at the increased rate multiplied by 4. (2) Subsection (1) only applies if the notice is given after 2 years after a security deposit was given or a security deposit was last increased under this section in relation to the caravan park agreement. (3) If the security deposit payable under a caravan park agreement is increased under this section, the terms of the bond are varied accordingly.
