21Caravan Park Residents Trust Account

21 Caravan Park Residents Trust Account (1) The Accountable Officer of the Agency must, within the Agency Operating Account of the Agency, maintain a fund to be known as the Caravan Park Residents Trust Account. (2) The Accountable Officer must pay into the CPRT Account an amount as determined from time to time under section 22(1). (3) The Accountable Officer may pay an amount from the CPRT Account for any of the following purposes: (a) to meet costs relating to administering and enforcing this Act, including operating costs of the Commissioner under this Act; (b) to educate operators and residents about their statutory and contractual rights and obligations; (c) to provide residents with advisory and legal services (including advocacy); (d) to meet costs of industry associations and consumer bodies for developing and implementing legislative changes.
