184 Regulations (1) The Administrator may make regulations under this Act. (2) Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the Regulations may: (a) prescribe provisions of this Act that do not apply to a specified class of caravan park agreements; and (b) modify specified provisions of this Act in their application to a specified class of caravan park agreements; and (c) prescribe terms that are to be implied, or expressly included, in caravan park agreements or a class of caravan park agreements; and (d) provide for how Parts 10, 14 and 15 and this Part apply to a long term occupant. (3) Also, the Regulations may provide for the way in which an operator may dispose of a caravan that is abandoned in the caravan park, whether under a caravan park agreement.
