182 Right to be notified of change of operator's name or address (1) If a name or address that an operator is required, under section 25, to specify in a caravan park agreement changes, the operator must ensure the resident is notified in writing of the change and the new name or address within 14 days after the change. (2) Within 14 days after a person succeeds another as the operator under a caravan park agreement, the new operator must ensure the resident is notified in writing of the full name and address for service of: (a) the new operator or, if an agent has been engaged to act on behalf of the new operator of the caravan park, the full name and address of the agent; and (b) any person with superior title to the new operator.
