139 Caravan park rules (1) An operator may make rules about the use, enjoyment, control and management of the caravan park. (2) An operator must not fail to have the rules on display when: (a) the operator and resident enter into a caravan park (b) the operator gives the form of a caravan park agreement to the resident whether or not the operator has signed the Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
